Felty’s syndrome

Felty’s syndrome is a rare complication of rheumatoid arthritis. It is characterized by splenomegaly and leucopenia. 

It affects <1% of patients with RA. 

Treatment is usually with systemic immunosuppression, e.g. methotrexate.
